This has been my go to lately. The one I do starts at the 3:30 mark. It's really easy and looks a lot more complicated than it really is. I have really thick hair so I usually do it when my hair is damp.

Oh and my hair is fine/ thin as well, and pretty straight. So my ponytail in the back can look a little sad.

Try slim headband across your hair or head using your bangs to give it height by tossing them back. Then split yout hair in two ony's on top of each other and fan out the hair and pin under with bobby pins. Your hair will look like a fluffy bow from behind.
