Has anyone ever met with a Nutritionist or Dietician?
I feel like I need someone to tell me exactly what to eat and how to get this weight off of me - I work out pretty hard 3 days a week and the scale isn't budging - I have about 7lbs to lose (use to be 5 but its gone up )
I keep reading all these different "diets" online and wonder what would work for me - or can you even figure that out???
