At her 1-year check-up my daughter's hemoglobin levels were low so they had to do a more extensive blood draw and lab testing. Her pediatrician has recommended iron supplements and told me to increase iron-rich foods.

I can't believe she's low on iron because she loves to eat spinach, broccoli, kale, sweet potato, and her favorite meat is pork (we've tried beef, chicken & turkey and she was meh about them). I'm going to add molasses and prunes.

Does anyone have suggestions on menus/meals for me to make for LO that are high in iron?
