Hmmm so weird, I always pronounce it my-low, but for some reason when I read the title I said mee-lo...so I guess either way!

@mrbee: my friend has a Mila and she pronounces it Mee-la, which got me thinking about Milo!

Did some quick Googling and apparently, they say mee-lo in France!

@Applesandbananas: haha I know some Mila's and never heard it any other way than mee-la, but also never heard milo any differently than my-low either!

Mee-low to me... because of Lilo (lee-low) & Stitch.
My sister just named her new puppy Milo.
ETA- Just asked her and she says his name is my-low.

Mee-low, unless told otherwise. I think at one point I would say My-low, but now that Mila is such a popular girls name I pronounce the boy's name similarly.

When I first read it I said "mee-low" but then quickly changed my mind to "My-lo" so I could see how it could get confused.

It honestly bewilders me that anyone is voting mee-low. It would never, ever cross my mind to pronounce it that way.

I would pronounce it my-low but Mila is mee-la to me as well. Haha, weird.
