WOH Moms: Do you wake your sleeping baby for a morning nursing session? Or do you just pump if the baby is still sleeping at the scheduled time?

This was my third day back at work, and I wound up waking up my son to feed so that we could stick with our schedule. I have occasionally done this in the past (e.g., if we were about to get in the car for a long drive and I knew he'd get hungry if I didn't feed him beforehand). Sometimes if he is really sleepy he will do a dream feed, not wake up, and just let me put him back down still asleep. Today he happened to wake up afterwards. He was in a good mood and did not seem to mind being woken up.

I am just wondering if that's what other people do, or if you let your baby sleep as late as he wants.
