What's the most annoying part of your job. Right now I'm entering expense reports and I HATE doing this!! Our system that we use is painfully slow and it makes me want to throw my computer out the window : )

I have a Miss Know-it-all as a coworker and we tend to butt heads on everything. She assumes because she is older she knows more, even though I have been in this department longer. She causes me most of my stress at work!

The complete idiot they hired to report up to me. He always has this obnoxious smirk on his face like he knows better than everyone else, doesn't listen to anything, doesn't even TRY to do his work, wastes all my time, etc. I'm doing everything I can to get him fired but it's not working!

Not being able to foresee if I'm going to be there late, messes up plans after work which can be frustrating

The residents and interns who don't listen to me when I tell them what I need to do the discharge planning for the patients they're so desperate to get out of the hospital. I try to tell them how to write the orders so that things will get covered and they don't listen. So then things are written incorrectly and I have to page them a thousand times to get them to fix it. The patient gets mad because they're waiting to leave but they can't because I can't order the things because the doctor can't be bothered to listen to a lowly social worker! (c: Nah, I'm not annoyed at all.

Thankfully I don't have to work with customers, otherwise that WOULD be the worst part of my job (I hate customers, esp in my line of work since they totally don't understand what they're buying). The worst part for me is when I have to get approval from a certain individual who is horrible, unresponsive and combative. It makes me feel like we work for different companies!

Billing time . . . I bill time in 6 minute increments (with an annual billing requirement), so there is no such thing as just being present at work. And actually keeping track of what I've done so that it can properly be billed out is really time consuming.

I switched classrooms and my co-teacher has no control over the class (aka they don't listen to her at all!) And its very frustrating.
That and some of our parents.

Drug shortages. We never have what we need, and cannot get it due to manufacturing delays, recalls, backorders, etc. It always seems to be the critical drugs too. Then everyone blames us and thinks it is our fault
It is hard to keep a hospital going when you don't have/ can't get the drugs your patients need.

Lack of consideration for time zones!
I get an awful lot of "why are you ignoring me?!?!?!" emails at 3am. I'm not ignoring you, I'm *sleeping*!

A cranky baby. Or a baby who refuses to nap..... dealing with that one now!

I hate entering purchase order requests and dealing with the whole process. It's so annoying. We just got a new system and it's slow going getting it to work properly.

Dealing with MOTHERS!! I'm a wedding planner, and I typically deal with the bride. But there are a few weddings where I deal with MOMs a LOT. This morning I had 3 separate conference calls with the same bride and her mother. Oh, and they argued on the phone with each other on the calls.
Call #1 = 45 mins, #2 = 45 mins, #3 = 40 mins.
I'm usually pretty patient with my clients, but I seriously thought I was going to lose my sh$t towards the end of call #3!! Last week I spoke to this same MOB for 1+ hours until my cell phone died...

Ugh... I wish I had a job to complain about!!! I've been jobless for the last 3 months
Due to the DH's job relocation finding a job is hard .... But the most annoying part of my past job was the inconsistency from my boss

I would divide my job into two categories each with their own annoying element. 1) Students/parents: Kids who think rules don't apply to them and parents who think their kids can do no wrong. 2) Co-workers: This is a stressful time of year with tenures happening, contracts not getting renewed, people getting moved to different schools, switching grade assignments, etc. People are tense and short with each other and everyone's convinced someone is stabbing them in the back.
So thankful I have 8 days left until I get to be a SAHM!

My coworker who gets there at 7:30 every morning..we're supposed to be there at 7:00. WHY has she not been fired? If that were me, I would have been fired!
