Just had to vent. Purchased this for a paid project and need it urgently, and have been trying to get it to download for like, an hour now. Bug after bug after bug. So frustrating!
Has anyone else encountered bugs with this program?

We just rolled it out at work but I had no hand in the process. It was a huge project though.

I started downloading it earlier today and them my computer went to sleep, so that prevented me from being able to just restart the download without deleting every trace of office before I got started. Then it stalled out at 89 percent (apparently a print spool problem that is common but of course not mentioned until you happen to notice that your download has stalled and happen to google it rather than just wait all night hoping for change), so I had to fix that problem, then start the download all over again, but then the download had been stalled for the second time, so now I am forced to fix the first bug for the second time.
How is this possible? Every other major company, it is just so much easier. I really wish Office was not the standard for certain things.

My entire day every day at work is helping people fix office 365. I'm not going to lie though when I installed it on my personal computers it did take a while. Gotta love the Microsoft...

@Marfi: I finally got it to the point I think where doing the install again would work...theoretically. So I restart computer to make sure all traces of files are gone and OF FRICKING COURSE unannounced AUTO UPDATES. Which I am used to but it's like....REALLY? Of all the times this is the time you choose!
Seriously I wish I could just use google drive but I need track changes and my crappy home version of Wors does not include it.

@Mrs. Sketchbook: Ugh seriously? I'm not going to lie, some times I hate Windows. I turned mine on tonight and it blue screened (I think, I have windows and it was some error screen I've never seen before) then restarted 5 times before it actually started up properly.
