My daughter has been sleeping a solid 6 hours for a while... around night time.

Yes she sleeps a lot during the day as well. In fact she is mostly asleep!

However, she has been in the habit of being up anywhere from 10pm and on all the way until 3am and last night she slept from 9pm until 12am but then stayed up until 5am - she then slept until 10am. woke up for a bottle and then went to sleep again and is still sleeping now at 1230pm.

I get decent sleep however its at the wrong hours! Is there a way to help change this NOW? I am still off on maternity leave but I would like to get in the habit now!

any tips?! She will be exactly one month old on Friday. 5/4/12.
