What a difficult thing, I'm so sorry. I've known two women who have been diagnosed and gone through treatment, and both are cancer-free and doing great now. Lots of good thoughts and prayers your way!

So sorry to hear this. I'm sending lots of positive vibes your way. Sounds like they caught it early which is good.
one of my BFF's moms had breast cancer and she had surgery and it has stayed away for a lot of years! I'm hoping your grandma pulls through this!

@BabyBoecksMom: I'm so sorry! I just lost my gran to bowel cancer and it was awful but I will say that the fact she was an absolute fighter to the end helped her immensely. She refused to believe there was anything wrong with her and defied doctors who gave her 6 months by lasting another two-and-a-half years. She thought the whole thing was nonsense and while not everyone agreed with her attitude, it sure was the best way she could have reacted. I hope your grandmother has a speedy recovery, early diagnosis is a fabulous thing, big hugs.
