This is my first week home on my own with LO, and I'm finding myself forgetting to keep fed and hydrated! Today, I realized that most of our pantry and fridge items take a while to prepare, so I'm taking a trip to the grocery store tonight to replenish.

I'm looking for good breakfast and lunch ideas that are quick and easy to grab and consume. I would also be into making large portions of a particular meal in advance, so I can eat it throughout the week, as well. I'd prefer meals that are relatively healthy, but caloric enough, as I'm breastfeeding (as much as I can muster, anyway), and have limited free time to sit down and eat.
