Target just introduced a new version of their Up & Up diapers with a "cotton enhanced" dryness layer. We just started using the new version and j has a terrible diaper rash. The diaper is the only thing I can think of that's different lately.
Anyone else notice any changes with the new Target diapers?

I just bought Target diapers for the first time so I can't compare, but wanted to say that the Diapers.com brand (available on the website of the same name) are very similar cut/shape, so maybe try those if the Target change is an issue?

Aww, I hoarded the old ones when they were on clearance. I will buy a small pack of the new ones when we run out!

Our LO just went through a horrible rash too and we use up&up. Not sure if we have the new or old ones though!

Oh how frustrating. We haven't seemed to notice a difference with the new diapers (we exclusively use Up and Up except when we use cloth...) but my kids don't seem very prone to rashes anyway.
Hope you figure it out and that it clears up soon!

I haven't tried the new kind but Luvs (my fav!) are a little cheaper at my Target so I buy those.

@BabyBruins: reviving this thread to say that we've been using target diapers for overnights for over a year (mostly used cloth for 15 months) and just broke open a pack of new target ones and she leaked all over herself! i am so bummed.

@birdofafeather:we switched back to pampers and the diaper rash is still stubbornly hanging around but it did get better when we initially made the switch. My 3 year old has been using the new target ones and we don't have a problem, but do get overnight leaks occasionally. I still think the new diapers started the rash and we just haven't been able to kick it. Finally got a prescription last night fir nystatin.
