Wondering if anyone has any experience with this? We received two really beautiful dresses with their tags attached (but the prices torn off) for LMW's birthday that she never fit into. I'd love to exchange them for a size she'd fit into, but I seriously doubt they're still in store (they're summer dresses so they're probably already gone now). Any idea if I can exchange for something else or store credit before they go to the consignment sale?

Nordstrom is top notch when it comes to customer service. I have returned gifts without a receipt and received cash back.

They've always returned everything for me (even a special occasions dress without the tags even though they said they usually don't return them).

I used to work in the Nordstrom kids section and accepted a return on an item that I knew we didn't sell...it wasn't from a line that we even carried!! I think it may have been from JCP....crazy, huh?

I just returned worn shoes to Nordstroms yesterday. Opps. Yes, Nordstrom's takes back anything and everything.

@mrs. wagon: Yes! *Especially* if you know it came from Nordstroms! You might only get the sale price back in a refund but something is better than nothing
