I'm fairly certain there isn't a nub here. That white parallel line is bone. Only bone is bright white like that. And I see no other obvious nubs.

Thanks for everyone's replies! I posted it on an ultrasound website and 2 of the US techs guessed girl by the nub, too. Here's another pic, though I don't know if the nub is visible here:
