Anyone else have only one foot/ankle swell up? DH thinks it's hilarious and measured my ankles and one is a good inch bigger than the other.

No and I was always told to call the OBGYN if swelling was on one side only.
ETA - did you twist your ankle or anything? I hope the swelling goes down soon!

Yeah my OB said I needed to call right away if I ever had swelling that was much worse on one side than the other. It can be a sign of preeclampsia.

Yes, and I went to L&D at 36 weeks for it. My LO favored my right side in utero, so she was putting more pressure on that side which is why my right foot/ankle were much more swollen than my left. But the OB wanted to rule out a blood clot, so I am glad I went in just in case.

It's common to swell on one side more than the other (I always have) but yes, definitely get checked bc it can also be a pre-e or blood clot symptom.
