I had this with my last pregnancy. It ended up being a kind of bruised spot inside from DD pushing out, but they had me come in for testing. Apparently right-side pain can be an indicator of pre-eclampsia.

@mrsrain: Interesting. He's actually moved during a long warm shower and I'm finally out of pain. He must have been pushing on something similar.

@BandDmommy: that's great! I had terrible hip/pelvic pain that finally let up when DS flipped head down from transverse. Amazing how much their position can affect our comfort level! Hope he stays put and gives you a break!

I had right lower pain and it was probably just a ligament--my dr was *very* concerned if it was up higher, under my chest, because apparently that's a pre-e sign? She asked me probably 10 times and it was always low, around my pant line
