I really like the pediatricians in the practice we go to, but I'm having a hard time with the office in general. There are a few different doctors but you usually have one primary one you see for routine visits-- sounds good, right? The first one we saw was a resident, who I liked very much, But she's only there on Thursdays. Every time I have to schedule or reschedule it's like pulling teeth-- leaving multiple voicemails during office hours before finally getting someone on the phone, then even with a person on the phone I have to repeat myself a million times (and it's not a language thing). Plus since she is only there once a week, rescheduling is extra difficult. I'm switching our main doc to someone who is there 5 days a week.

The practice is right up the street from us, and I like the doctors, but it's so annoying! Anyone else deal with that? Mostly I'm just venting.
