This is a bit on the embarrassing side of questions, but here goes...
I had a non-penetration induced orgasm today. Right after, I went to the bathroom and had a little string of pink spotting. I haven't seen pink during my 9 weeks of pregnancy yet, so I am pretty terrified. Has anyone else had this occur? I have an appointment to see my doctor tomorrow.

I did! It was all okay and I had a great pregnancy with a healthy baby. Go to the doctor to be sure, but try not to worry to much tonight. My midwife said its not uncommon.

Yes even if there wasn't penetration the "activity" could have still irritated your cervix. I was on pelvic rest during my pregnancy and I had lots of spotting but a totally healthy baby so spotting can be caused by other things than intercourse and still be fine.

No spotting after but I did get some cramps after. So maybe something like that could irritate the cervix and cause some spotting. I bet it's normal though, try not to worry

Happened to me a couple times during my pregnancy with E. I am nursing him right now. I know it is hard not to worry, but try to rest until tomorrow.

I had it happen a few times with two totally normal, healthy pregnancies. Your lady bits are really engorged during pregnancy and light pink spotting is normal after sexy time activities. If it ever became bright red for more than one wipe, I would become concerned.

@CatchAFallingStar: DON'T WORRY! We asked my OB about sex and stuff she said a little bleeding & cramping is totally normal after sex/or an orgasm
