I was unsure if I was going to join the POAS for February, but I will definitely join this one! My feeling at 6+ months are very different than when we first started trying, and I don't want my negativity to bring anyone just starting down!
Estimated O Date: Maybe this Tuesday or Wednesday? (CD 15 or 16). I've been using digital OPKS and nothing so far (CD 13).
POAS/AF date: February 8- CD 26. Last month I had a weird 29 day cycle so unless this cycle mimics last month, 2/8 should give me a yes or no!

Trying new this cycle: using OPKS again. We went a few months without using them, and I feel we need to be a bit more aggressive now that we're closing in on a year...
Are you planning on doing anything for Valentines day? We are going to a delicious Greek restaurant with a couple that we are close with.

@Boopers: I'm also worried about my negativity bringing people down. I'm so glad I have you ladies to vent to!
Estimated O Date: I ovulated somewhere between Jan 22-Jan 23
POAS/AF date: technically Feb 5, but I'll start testing early and often on Jan 31. I've always waited til I miss AF to test, but after my MC, I don't know if I'll be able to wait anymore.
Cycle #: 7, but I was out of the game for 2 months due to MC.

Trying new this cycle: OPKs. My cycle has still been a bit out of walk, so it's been nice to see what's actually going on.
Are you planning on doing anything for Valentines day? Not sure yet- probably dinner somewhere. DH got my a Kate spade purse, and I got him a tv, so no gifts.

Trying new this cycle: I was taking crinone as a safety but my progesterone always comes back perfect so we decided not to take it this cycle....
Are you planning on doing anything for Valentines day? DH works that evening so we have already decided Thursday night will be our dinner date!

I thought we were on our 5th cycle but I went back and looked and I had 2 cycles in October so this will be our 6th cycle trying.

Trying new this cycle: digital OPKs for the first time. Increasing water intake...I've noticed I've had little to no EWCM lately so I'm hoping little changes like more water will help
Are you planning on doing anything for Valentines day? No plans yet. We usually have my parents babysit and we go out for drinks and a fancy dinner the weekend before or after Valentine's but we may keep it super low key this year bc we will have just gotten back from NYC/Super Bowl and my mom will have babysat for 5 days...so everyone will probably need a break for awhile

Trying new this cycle: All of the usual. Plus relaxing and stressing less. And, telling myself that this IS the cycle. So I WILL be on the October Due Date thread. Positive thoughts bring positive results!
Are you planning on doing anything for Valentines day? The weekend before, we're doing a Spanish Wine and Tapas class in NYC. We've taken wine classes at this place before and they're always fun. So this will be my last time drinking for a good year anyways. (See? Positive thoughts!)
ETA: I didn't want to include this but, as a "just in case," our consultation for next steps is mid-February. But, like I said, I won't be needing it. I'll be going in to confirm a BFP at that point instead!

@Crystal: I'm blaming this one on the psychic... She said May last time which would've been my EDD of my chemical. Now she said February. So I've told myself that February it is. That'll give us a EDD right around DH's birthday which would be extra awesome! I might be crazy... I guess we'll know in a couple weeks??

@littlek: yup! GO SEAHAWKS!!! I haven't been to NYC in 15 years so I'm very excited :). I am anxious about leaving LO for 5 days but my mom is going to stay at our house with her and take her to her usual activities

@littlek: Thanks for starting this thread! I agree with what many of the others have said - my feelings are very different now compared to when I started TTC and I hate to be a bit of a downer on the other boards.
Happy to see the rest of you on here, but I hope you don't stay long!

@Snowdrop: I only went with the Cheri22 free reading which gave a month (conceive, find out or due) and a gender. I don't usually buy this kind of "stuff" but she was right once so maybe there's something to it?! Either way, I've decided to take a different mental approach this month.

@LindsayInNY: I didn't know you could get a free reading, i'm just looking fr something to make me more positive really. It's been very hard with other people announcing pregnancies, getting scans etc lately and I am really struggling, which I know is not good!

@Snowdrop: I don't think Jenny Renny does them but Cheri22 does - http://www.cheri22.com/fertility-pregnanc It takes a couple months to get the free reading though. I think the paid ones are fairly inexpensive though? There's a whole thread on these two and the results people have had!

@Snowdrop: My email literally said just this: "I'm requesting a trying to conceive reading. This is our first pregnancy." Just be sure to include "Free Request" in the subject line.

Wasn't going to join the POAS thread this month because I've been feeling down about the whole process but it's my Bday this month and I refuse to not have hope for a bday BFP!!!!!
