LO has been pooping at night for the past week. We just started solids seriously in the last 2 weeks, so there is a reason. However, she also started STTN 11 hours for the past week and she doesn't wake up when she poops. So when we get her in the morning, she's been laying in poop for who knows how long and developing a bad diaper rash. Last night, DH checked on her at 2:30am and she had already pooped and it was a blow out. Then she wouldn't go back to sleep so I nursed her. So i've probably messed up her STTN which is ok, but I feel terrible that she might have been laying in poop for so long the other nights and her poor butt is all red and there were some small open sores. we've now been slathering on desitin and aquaphor. I am going to buy bigger diapers today too and try that out.

Any other mamas go through this and have advice?
