The last time I made pork tenderloin I think this was the recipe I used-ish. But with dried herbs and a pan mustard sauce. And I don't always marinate it because time.

I think she just posted this older recipe to her FB today http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/01/sweet-and-fiery-pork-tenderloin-with.html?m=1 and I know she has a few others. Haven't tried them, but every recipe that I do try from her is great.

Unfortunately, it has to marinate for 4 hours… so I don't know if you've got time for that if you want to eat your pork tonight.

Make stuffing (dressing?), slice the tenderloin down the middle, fill the cut with stuffing, wrap it all up in bacon and put it in the oven.
