I just got a call from my OB. My toxoplasmosis screen came back positive. I have to schedule an appointment with a high-risk OB and have additional blood work done. Our cat had toxo about a week after we bought her - well before I got pregnant - and since then I haven't handled her litter at all. We treated her for 4 weeks with antibiotic pills, antibiotic ointment, and eye drops. My doctor said that most of the time these screens end up being fine and nothing is wrong with the baby, but I'm really worried since my cat actually had toxo.

Has anyone else had a positive toxo screen? I'm really freaking out.
