So i think dr. Google has helped me narrow down the awful pain i am having in my back and i am pretty sure it is posterior pelvic pain. I had it my whole first pregnancy and it reared its ugly head this week. Today we went to thw playground and after crouching down with lo in the sand it took me forever to be able to stand back up, and it has been excruciating ever since.

Its a sharp pain in the left side of my lower back, lower than my hip. It is seriously awful. Does anyone else have this problem? Online everything i have found says to move, but dont move if it hurts. But dont sit too long either. Should i see a physical therapist? Get a massage? Any other suggestions?
