Anyone else recently had a baby and slowly getting back into running and want to commiserate?
I'm just starting back and mentally I just want to go back to the way things were pre-pregnancy but my lower abs hurt if my stride is too long. I basically feel like I'm still 32 weeks pregnant when I'm jogging. This is my second LO so I know it's just how it is getting back into things but still frustrating not being able to quickly bounce back.
