Ok, I need to jump in on this. I'm sick of my disgusting muffin top. I have about 10lbs I need gone. You ladies are giving me motivation just from reading and seeing your progress. Well done!

@winniebee: I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say this.. but I think piperlime has the best selection of petite jeans.. I think I saw 3 pairs of citizens.. fyi

@PrincessBaby: I love true religion but my only issue with them is the rise.. sometimes I feel its too low.. I have a lot of bootie for a petite girl..

@littlek: I bought some Serena legging jeans (TR) and they are a mid rise...I dont like them as much as the low rise so I sent them back, but they got great reviews because of that higher rise. They were really cute elsewhere, I got them on Piperlime...

@littlek: Why wouldn't you be allowed to say that?? Thanks! I might just order a few pairs online and see what works.

@PrincessBaby: I, too, prefer a lower rise. That's why I am looking at AGs . . . there are more options with a lower rise than my regular favorite brand (Paige).

    @winniebee: Yay for you!!

I bruised my tailbone a couple of days ago (i'm in sooo much pain), so i've only been able to do yoga/pilates.

@MsLipGloss: I am seriously tempted to buy the AGs that MODG raved about on her blog! My maternity jeans were AG bc they were soooo stretchy and comfy and I really loved them:). So I may spring for some AGs too!

Tomorrow I am going to weigh myself. I keep forgetting in the mornings and not remembering until I've eaten and drank 20 gallons of water, so then I'm too scared to get on the scale. Plus my ILs are visiting us and I've been drinking a lot more wine, which is never good for weight loss, so I need to weigh to make sure I stay on track! My ILs are big drinkers so I get easily roped into 2-3 glasses of wine a night!

@hilsy85: haha! She is NUTS! Her baby is really close in age to ours so I relate to her posts that much more now!

Oh BTW- I started Level 3 a few days ago on 30DS. Sucks!!!! Traveling Pushups= Shoot me!

Hey ladies! I'm down to 156! 6 lbs to my goal. I put on my fav prepregnancy black skinny jeans today and I can actually zip and button them up! I have a muffin top that I need to lose but a month ago I could barely get one leg into them. Here's a pic. I just have to wear a loose fitting top so you can't see my muffin top.

How's everyone doing? I love reading MODG's blog!

@hilsy85: what about underwire nursing bras? They have a molded cup and a clip like a nursing tank. I got some from Motherhood maternity. I don't really like wearing them too much if I have to nurse LO because they are a bit annoying and the molded cups get in the way. But they are nice to wear to work, and date nights. And Nice to have in case I feel like going out with LO and wearing an actual bra.

@mrskc: you look great mama! I have a molded cup nursing bra with no underwire from bravado and I find the molded cup really annoying to pull down as well. I agree though, it's a good one to wear on a date night!

I am happy to say that I am 10 lbs lighter than my pre pregnancy weight today. Wahoo! Some of my pre pregnancy jeans are too small now.

I havent been doing anything special, except being too busy with LO to eat sometimes. No dieting and no working out.
Now that I'm cleared to work out, I hope to use the apartment gym during the daytime if its empty, and leave LO sleeping in the stroller next to me. Of course I won't do this if anyone is there working out.

    Weight Pre-Pregnancy: 198lbs
    Weight at Full Term:218 lbs
Weight at 2 months post partum:188 lbs
    Goal Weight: 145lbs
    lbs to Goal: 43lbs

@travelingbrit: I did that too (brought Lo to our apt building gym in the stroller). It worked great until his naps went to crap! I also did it even if there were other ppl there... He was sleeping and if he woke up I would just end my workout early and leave!

So I haven't gotten back into exercise yet like I wanted to (dd went through a growth spurt so I didn't push my body, and now I'm waiting for my biopsy site to heal up), but! Thanks to the magic of breastfeeding I've dropped about three more pounds over the last two weeks! My hips and thighs are making my old jeans super tight but I can fit back into most of them now. Yessss.

Keep up the hard work, ladies!
