Do you ever get pregnancy fever? Where you miss being pregnant? I actually really enjoyed being pregnant and all that came with it (for the most part), including the childbirth experience (again, for the most part) and I do miss it sometimes. BUT not enough to want to do it again! I just really liked the overall experience.

@Bao: I actually get pregnancy/L&D fever more than baby fever! I would love to experience a "normal" (not high risk) pregnancy, and experience the L&D, newborn days, breastfeeding of just one baby at a time! But I really don't want to actually HAVE another child. Ha!

I only get pregnancy fever not baby fever. I just love all the excitement and anticipation that surrounds a pregnancy (finding out sex, wondering what they will look like) - I tend to forget I had a pretty miserable pregnancy with a hospital bedrest stint. It couldn't have been worse than the newborn days, though. I vividly remember those.

Oh yes. I'm currently weighing heavily in my mind whether I really want a second baby or just want to be pregnant again.

I only miss second trimester where you're still mostly comfortable, not too huge, but don't have to worry about sucking it in lol!

I also only have pregnancy fever and never baby fever! I loved being pregnant till the last 2 weeks (34 weeks-36) when I got severe pre-e. When I think about having a s cond child I know I'm missing being pregnant but I am not a baby person! One and done.

My oldest keeps saying he wants a little baby brother or sister, so that makes me kind of sad--especially since he is a great caretaker sibling and very nurturing. Probably not happening though!

I'm still too deep in the not sleeping through the night phase to think about it! Sometimes I'm a tiny bit sad I'll probably never be pregnant again, but even when I was pregnant with my second, I was sad I couldn't even enjoy it since I was so uncomfortable and tired. Actual birth I could do again- so hard but so rewarding and empowering. But the six months before and after that? Nah. No thanks.

There are three women pregnant at the office right now, and I'm a little jealous! I don't actually want to be pregnant again (except I love the way I look when I'm pregnant!) but I'm a little regretful that I don't get another stab at L&D. My first was rough, but I was looking forward to trying it again, but baby girl was stubbornly breech so I had a c-section.

Yep! I swore with #2 I was done, especially after dealing with severe SPD that I'm still dealing with 3 months postpartum. But, in reality i want to do it again at least one more time!

Nope. I could see myself wanting another baby if I miraculously made a lot more money.. But pregnancy still sounds blah.

Yes, every part of it! Baby fever and pregnancy fever. Just have to wait for my SO to be on board.

Yep!! I had a great pregnancy except having an insanely big bump at the end. I miss having a beautiful round belly, big full boobs (not droopy nursing ones), eating almost whatever I wanted, and the immeasurable satisfaction of creating/carrying/birthing Life.

Yes! Up until recently I had pregnancy fever but no baby fever.
Now I kinda have both
