I LOVED this one, passed it on to a now-preggo friend and she loves it, too. Gentle but will get your heart going. i used summer sanders (just the first trimester workout), the suzanne bowen mentioned above, and a jane austin prenatal yoga. i liked them and was glad i had several to choose from to switch things up. also, i didn't always do every segment--i would skip sometimes if i wanted a shorter workout or if certain parts bored me.

I do the Tracy Anderson Method. She has a Pregnancy Project set - different workout for each month of pregnancy.
