Pregs: What have you eaten today?

    Breakfast: a cup of greek yogurt topped with honey and chopped prunes, apple juice

    Snack: 1/2 a cinnamon bagel with veggie cream cheese and blackberry jam (strange combination, I know, but it's so good!)
    San Pellegrino sparking grapefruit

    Lunch: shared vietnamese food with my mom, pho and spicy basil pork dish, some thai iced tea

    Snack: apple

    Dinner: korean rice cakes

    @highwire - i was thinking the same thing! i love this thread too

    ok this is what I had today -

    breakfast - a lox bagel (smoked salmon and cream cheese mmm)

    lunch - pho with co-workers, then a mcdonald's apple pie.

    snack - 2 tangerines and a mcdonald's parfait.

    dinner - we're getting BJ's deep dish pizza for dinner.

    not the healthiest today, but i was really hungry!

    Breakfast: Smart Ones/WW English muffin with turkey sausage/egg/cheese
    Lunch: Grilled chicken salad, minestrone soup
    Snack: Greek yogurt
    Snack 2: Banana

    DInner will be another filet since I bought a multipack!

    Breakfast: Chocolate milk and a bacon/egg white/cheese burrito

    Lunch: Kashi pesto pasta primavera frozen meal, strawberry/yogurt/granola parfait, two squares of a sea-salt dark chocolate bar

    Dinner: Not sure! Working late and need to pick up something quick before my doctor's appointment. Might go to Subway.

    ETA: Loads and loads of water!

    This thread is fun!

    Breakfast: two eggs scrambled w/ cheese & a slice of whole wheat toast w/ butter

    Snack: blueberry, banana smoothie

    Lunch: leftover stir fry & a glass of milk. Oh and some coconut cookies

    Snack: pear w/ granola bar

    Dinner: we're having meatloaf & mashed potatoes from Costco tonight. Then I'm sure I'll have something for dessert.

    day 2! i was at a conference today, so my choices were somewhat forced upon me

    breakfast: 2 mini muffins, a few strawberries and some pineapple

    snack: quaker chewy granola bar

    lunch: small bowl of potato truffle soup with a scallop, truffle fries, half of a bread roll with butter.

    dinner: leftover turkey meatballs and pasta, a skinny cow caramel popsicle, a red plum.

    Mmmm so many things sound delicious right now!

    breakfast: cottage cheese and lemon greek yogurt with strawberries and tablespoon of Hemp Hearts
    snack: almonds and raisins
    lunch: veggie omelette with Franks. Half an apple and some grapes.
    snack: mini cinnamon raisin bagel with PB
    dinner: baked cajun salmon and seared scallops, baked broccoli seasoned with lemon pepper and a side salad. Followed with a few dark chocolate covered acai berries.

    I think I'll have a banana with PB for a snack before bed.

    I feel like I think about food ALL THE TIME!

    bfast: coffee/oj
    lunch: arby's super roast beef sandwich, curly fries, jamocha shake
    dinner: pepper steak, rice lettuce wraps
    dessert: grapes!

    Breakfast: cereal w/ milk
    Snack: apple juice & a yoghurt/granola combo
    Lunch: mac and cheese - naughty, but it's ALL I felt like!!!
