We live on the west coast and will be traveling to Hawaii at the end of August so we will be 3 hours behind. My baby will be 10.5 months when we travel.
How far in advance should we be pushing back her bedtime? Do we try to adjust the full 3 hours before we leave? Any tips to adjusting?
We have tried pushing it back an hour which has thrown everything out of whack. I also feel like we are in a sleep regression/possible teething so everything is out of order right now. Thanks
