I was about to miss my bus a few days ago, and quickly jogged to beat the bus to the stop (our lovely metro transit drivers don;t wait, even if they see you coming). Well, I pulled a muscles, but it didn't hurt so much, BUT.... as the day wore on, it felt worse. I was ready to cry before I went to bed.

When I woke up the next morning I felt much better, but I still get the pulled feeling across my lower abdomen when I've been stationary too long. Particularly when I first get up, or twist myself to rearrange my body. I know its just because my ligaments are stretching and looser, but I'm still going to mention it to my doctor on Wednesday.

Anyone else have a pulled muscle that won;t go away?
