The first one! I think it will be easier to get more wear out of because it's not so fancy! Plus I just think the style fits you and your girls more (from what I've seen them wear in your pics)

The second one! Looks slightly more dressy for a birthday but still super comfy!

I love the sillhouette of the second one (the empire top/poofy bottom is so cute on little girls) but the ruffled layers on #1 can't be beat.

I love the second one! It just screams *PARTAY* and looks more twirly (and it has a butterfly and rhinestones!!!). . . the first one screams *Party* . . . and looks slightly more casual. But they are both totally adorbs!

@Mrs. Jacks: Love it! I really like the fabric flower on the first one, and the ruffles! Seems alot more fun with the different patterned fabric. Dress 2 seems a little dressier, but not as fun & not a particular fan of the butterfly (if I'm seeing that right). Can't wait to see the ON (if you post those pics)
