Last night I was up for hours, laying in bed, because my leg wanted to keep moving. Ugh...it was awful. I tried so many things to make it quit. It finally settled on its own, but by then I was only headed for about 3 hours of sleep. Luckily, I did get to have a little nap earlier today, but now I worry that this is going to be a new normal until the end of pregnancy.

Do any of you know of a quick remedy to stop RLS in its tracks? I tried stretching, walking around, different sleeping positions...nothing worked. It was miserable.

Should I be eating something?
