If it were me, I would call just to check, especially if she isn't acting like herself.

Go see pediatrician. My concern (though impossible to know) would be orbital or peri orbital cellulitis. (though you didn't describe redness or hotness).
Take this for what it's worth (random Internet thoughts), but I don't mess around with eyes!

@Mrs. Jacks: it was just swelling. DH took her to the pedi and she thought R might have gotten dust or an eyelash in there. But we have to watch for signs of conjunctivitis just in case.
