When did round ligament pain start for you? This is my first, and at 13 weeks, I keep getting painful twinges in my lower abdomen. I'm nervous that they're going to keep getting worse...and it seems very early for this to be happening!

I'm 23 weeks and have only felt it a few times. I'm thinking the first time was around 13 or 14 weeks.

Around that time too with my 1st pregnancy. But now with my 2nd pregnancy, nothing yet and I'm 17 weeks.

I had it SO early. Like 10 weeks. Everyone told me that was way too early and not possible... but it continued throughout my pregnancy and went away after I gave birth. I'd always have pain if I sat up too fast or switched positions suddenly.

About 16 weeks. I had a sharp stab in my crotch area and I was like WTF is this? Turns out it was RLP. Lol I had to ask HB to be sure. It didn't take long to progress into full pains all the way across the under part of my belly.

Just checked my blog posts ... Looks like mine started at 17 weeks. Or at least, that's when I realized what I was feeling.

early in the second trimester. But they haven't been too bad for me so far if I remember not to move too quickly. (20 weeks now)

@Mrs.Ham: I just had them for the first time on Sunday (13 weeks). It was pretty uncomfortable and I was getting sharp twinges for a few hours on and off. I was also pretty worried that it would be a regular occurrence - but i haven't had any more since then! Here's hoping its a sporadic thing.

I had them super early and often starting at 7 weeks! But now I'm 22 weeks and rarely feel them.
