People that used red raspberry leaf tea and evening primrose oil, do you remember the dosages and when you started? I'll try to remember to ask my midwives at my next appointment too. I can't remember any of this from last time. It wasn't that long ago, but I think being pregnant is essentially the same as amnesia.

I drank 3 cups a day of the Earth Mama Angel Baby 3rd trimester tea (RRL and other stuff). I took 2 500 mg EPO capsules twice a day, so 2,000 mg orally. The last 2 weeks I also did an extra 1,000 mg in suppository form before bed. I went into labor at 39+4.

GW MWs wanted RRL tea (brewed from loose leaves) 3x/day starting in the second trimester, and 3,000 mg/day (3 capsules) of EPO taken orally starting at 36 weeks.
Starting at 37.5 weeks, I also did one capsule of EPO internally every 2-3 days. My water broke before my labor started at 38w5d, so I *won't* be doing that again...

I started with 1 cup of RRLT around.. 33 weeks? then just upped it by a cup or so every week. I started taking EPO around 36 weeks? I think I took 1 capsule in the am for a week and twice a day after that. I just took them orally, didn't do it internally. I can't find the bottle so I don't know what the dose was, I think it was 500mg capsules though. I had a smooth sailing delivery, so I'll be doing the same this time around.
