I prefer chicken thighs to chicken breast, but white meat is so much less fatty and healthy that I try to use that once in a while, but I SUCK at cooking chicken breast. It always ends up tasting like cardboard! What am I doing wrong? Does it need to be marinated? Tenderized? Background info: the only way I've tried cooking it is the same way I cook just about everything else stir fry with some sort of veggie and some soy/oyster sauce or Mr Yoshida, which is soy based. I'm totally open to trying to do anything with these darn chicken breast though.
