I need some new quick and easy recipes. My current favorite is one my Aunt gave me. It's not very healthy, but it sure tastes good and is a great make-ahead dish.

Creamy Poppy Seed Chicken:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1.5 lbs of chicken, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
4 tbsp butter, melted
Yellow rice, prepared

Heat oven to 350. Mix soups, chicken and poppy seeds together and put in 9x13 pan. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle with butter. Cook uncovered for 30 min. Serve over yellow rice.
