I just celebrated a full year of babywearing! (we only started with DS was about 5 months old) We primarily use a ringsling. I'd love to see what everyone else uses on a daily basis whats your favourite way to wear your LO?!

This is the one we have! (Photo from the Tula website since this isn't gold). I suspect I'll be getting more into baby wearing as DS gets heavier and I can't carry him in the car seat anymore. He rarely falls asleep in the carseat these days anyway!

@Mrs.Someone: Thats a lovely choice! I work in a specialty baby shoppe and we've carried that Tula handful of times, it always seems to get sold as soon as we put it out ! How old is your DS ?

@MrsHoneyC: He's 6mo and just now hitting the 15# minimum, but we've been using it since he was 3mo or so (with a rolled up blanket for a little while). I kindof wished I had picked a print that would be in demand when it got discontinued though!

We had a Moby to start (borrowed) and used it almost from birth. Around 3-4 months we started using our beco gemini and still use it daily at almost 19 months- but she is gettig too big for it and it's getting uncomfortable. I'm going to borrow an ergo and see if it helps, otherwise may buy a Tula. I never realized I'd still be wearing her at this point by it's the only way to get around in the snow and so much easier walking the dog.
Eta: this is the carrier we have! (Stock photo)

@Foodnerd81: are those little owls?! oh gosh thats cute!! I'm the same way never expected to be still carrying my son at 15 months but its so easy to shop with him in a carrier, and he isn't the most snuggly baby so its a closeness we can have that he likes so that makes my heart happy.

@MrsHoneyC: Yup, it's called "Happy owls". Love them. And my LO points at them and says 'hoo hoo' which is adorable.

@MrsHoneyC: you and your lo are so cute! I have a Tula which is super comfy and a maya ring sling. I like that the ring sling is so easy to get on /off but I do find I get sore in it and she's not even 15pounds yet. Any tips for wearing in the sling? Or am I just wimpy?

We have three. Infantino mei tai, Tula ring sling, and standard Tula.
This isn't a good picture of the mei tai, since I have the straps on his back in the wrong place. I don't use it very often anymore! Excuse the crazy smiley face, I don't post babe pictures unless it's gold.

I mostly wear my kids in a woven wrap (Girasol Tahoe). DD likes being worn better than DS, so DH wears him in the Ergo or just carries him now at 10 months. Here are some photos from when they were tiny to just a few days ago!

I also use a ring sling now! I used a Moby wrap when DD was around 1.5 months to when she was 3.5 months-ish. I started with the ring sling around that time. I love the ring sling!! Easy to use and compact enough to carry in my diaper bag. I have 2.
Just got back from the mall where I was wearing DD. Wish I took a picture!

@MrsHoneyC: haha very small internet world. I thought I recognized the pic with the purple skirt, then I recognized the ring sling on the end, isn't that the exclusive that's coming out soon
