I have Alegria nursing shoes on today! Black leather. And i keep getting loads of compliments on them. They took awhile to break in, but they are getting very comfy. And they just look like black leather dress shoes.

I have these two, in these colors. I found the nude at Nordstrom and the gray at Nordstrom Rack last spring.
And if it helps, I went down a half size. I typically wear a 10 but these felt best in a 9.5.

Nine West shoes are so comfy! I have a pair of nude pumps and pink flats- I find that that the flats with their rubber heel are the most comfortable. I have a pair of their dressy wedges but I don't find the heel very comfortable.

I really like the Cole Haan Nike-air heels, but I don’t like spending that much $$ on shoes. I just keep 3-4 pairs of heels at work and commute back and forth in something else, so they stay in good shape. The ones I’ve been wearing to death this year are Bandalino black pumps and Jessica Simpson brand nude pumps. About 3” heel for both, and a bit of a platform, which makes them more comfortable.

all spring/summer/early fall I wear ballet flats to and fro, and then starting around now I switch over to Ugg boots, and then my winter snow boots. Then I never have to worry about heading in without the right shoes!

My current favorites are both from Ivanka Trump: Carra (my favorite) and Kayden. The Carra is about a half inch taller with a slightly pointier toe and a squared off heel, and the Kayden has a slight more rounded toe and a round heel.

I'm home today so these are waiting by the front door for tomorrow...Nine West low heel. I get them at DSW (full, but discounted) or the Nine West outlet during a BOGO type sale.

Cole Haans for sure - they are so comfy! My DH scored them for me after Thanksgiving last year on the cheap (they do crazy good sales, FYI!) I don't usually wear them outdoors, I commute in comfy clothes usually.

I love my Aldo heels. I have wide feet so they stretch them for me. I love them so much because they're so comfy that I've bought the same pair over and over!
As for wedges, I second the Cole Haan wedges everyone else mentions. I don't own a pair myself since work allows us to wear casual clothing, but it's on my "want" list that's for sure!

@mediagirl: @regberadaisy: I just got those in the mail. They really are great! The ones I ordered have little bows on the toe though. I hope they will be a good year round shoe (with pants in the winter and dresses in the summer). Right now i"ve got them on with a black dress.

I cannot wear heals at work! I don't know how you all do. : )
My current faves are Michael Kors flats. Really comfy. These are Kiera Ballet Flats and I think I go up a full size.
