I never get a cold so naturally I've acquired one a mere week after receiving my BFP

I feel awful. Any home remedies??
I'm going to the doctor if it doesn't clear up by tomorrow because my throat hurts like crazy

Gargle with salt water and neti pot if you have sinus congestion (nothing is worse than a sinus infection while pregnant because they will not want to give you anti-biotics).
Drink ginger tea with lemon and wash it down with Tylenol. I like mixing some turmeric into my ginger tea and adding some honey to sweeten.
Eat spicy hot food to get your nose running. Double points if its something with hot broth, like pho with lots of hot sauce in it or spicy ramen.
Low acid orange juice (I had reflux issues in my first trimester).
Smoothies with all the good stuff in it.

You can take Flonase or Rhinocort during pregnancy - it's a locally acting steroid nasal spray for allergies that also helps with any nasal/sinus congestion. Both otc now. With my first I had an awful cold that lasted forever and finally got Flonase from a dr and it really helped me get better quickly.
ETA sorry not really a home remedy but they are safe for pregnancy!
