I believe at 6 months you should be take 2 - 3 naps that total 3 hours.

At 6 months my LO took/takes 3 naps at daycare which range from 10-30 minutes long, and then usually sleeps on the way home (about 25 minutes). She goes to bed around 7:30, and sleeps through until between 6:30-7:30am. She is not a good napper, but she isn’t fussy so I don’t worry about it.

My LO is 6.5 months and wakes up around 7AM. He naps from 9-10:30AM and then naps again around 1:30pm for about 60-90 minutes. He goes to sleep at 7:30pm and sleeps straight through until 7AM the next morning. We have followed a 2-3-4 schedule for the past month or so and it's worked really well for him, especially since he finally started napping for longer than 45 min.

We started transitioning to two naps at 6 months. I was just craving some kind of predictable schedule. Before then, LO was all over the place with naps.
I forgot to put times.
Wake- 7-7:30
Nap-9ish
Nap- 1:30-2
Bedtime- 7-7:30

At 6 months we woke up between 7-8 and first nap was 1-1.5 hours after her wake time. Her naps followed 90 minutes (1.5 hours) after her last wake time the rest of the day with bedtime at 8ish.
Because we followed the 90 minute sleep program it was parent AND child led and some days she took more naps than others, it just depended on whether they were long naps or short nap (30 minutes).
I do believe the max wake time for 6 months is 2.5 hours but since we were just starting some kind of nap "training" I went earlier to make sure I didn't miss P's cues and so that she could guide me on her sleep needs & patterns. Now at 9 months she's up just about 3 hours between each nap and goes down on her own.

At 6 months my LO was on 3 naps. Bedtime was around 5:30-6:30 with a wake up between 6 and 8 (on occasion he would take a 'night feed' at 6am and fall back asleep). He took a long morning nap (2 hours) and two short afternoon naps (<1 hour). Sometimes his second nap would be long and he would only need 2 naps. We went to 2 naps at 6.5 months (initiated by me).

This is really helpful! She's just under 6 months and we're trying to nap train and figure out a more consistent bedtime and all of that.

We try and put LO to bed around 7:30, even if she doesn't appear tired. On the weekends she'll wake up between 6 and 7 am on during the week I wake her up at 5:30am. Boo. She'll take a small nap about 90 minutes after waking, another one around 11am, and typically a long nap in the afternoon. If she doesn't have her long nap, she'll do a little cat nap around 4:30-5. So she is still napping 3-4 a day.

Mine are 5.5 months and we've roughly followed the 90 min sleep program. A month or so ago, I got sick of the ever changing bedtime/wakeup times, and tried starting bedtime routine at 6 every night regardless. They almost always go to bed without issue at plus or minus 7p since we started that. I was really surprised how well they've responded to it.
Since instituting the consistent bedtime, DD had been waking up at 7a like clockwork, but is recently down one night wakeup, so is waking for the morning around 6a lately. DS still wakes to eat usually 3 times per night, and typically wakes around 6:30a.
First nap is usually at 1.5 hrs after waking, other naps are typically 1.5-2.5 hrs after waking. They seem to be in a transition state now, so we just play the awake times by ear. DD takes longer naps (45 min to 1.5 hrs) so usually takes 3 naps, DS takes shorter ones (almost always 30 min), so he takes 4 most days.

He's had a 7 pm bedtime since about 4 months old. Depending on if he has night wakings, his wake ups would range between 5 am and 7 am.
Most commonly, at 6 months, he was up around 5:30/6. Because he only has ever slept 10 hrs overnight, he usually had 3 naps around 6 months - 8, 12:30, 4. At almost 8 months, he 3rd nap is now variable.

I just realized I put "there bedtime" instead of "their bedtime". I guess typos happen when you're exhausted...
