I'm sprinkled with granola, but at the bottom, non-crunchy end of the range.

42! Sprinkled with granola. Methinks the cloth diapering did us in, lol.

Sprinkled with granola-34
I am pretty chill but there are things I just wont do. I wont do a home birth. I a too terrified of something going wrong and not having a Dr. right there to help. Also, give me that epi baby. I am NOT that strong of a woman when it comes to pain! I refuse to co-sleep, too dangerous IMO, I wont be breastfeeding my 3 year old. Period. Vaccinations are a MUST for me. And sorry, but I wont be using reusable feminine products. They just gross me out. lol.
I have nothing against crunchy moms! It just isn't me! I do agree, HB is on the crunchier side and I am 150% okay with that! I love seeing different points of view!

Lol I just quizzed my DH and he scored 77! He thought he was so uncrunchy!

And... surprise! Crunchier than grape nuts. I use Lafe's deoderant and really like it. You still sweat (which I think surpressing sweating isn't the greatest idea, anyway. There's a reason our bodies sweat!) but you don't smell. Or you smell nice still. As for the reusable feminine products-- don't knock it 'till you've tried it. They work really well, save money, are better for the environment, I can always be sure that I have the supplies I need on hand (like being on vacation and not wanting to try to find and hit up a grocery or convenience store for tampons or what have you), and for me anyway, it works better than tampons did.

94-Love that whole grain crunch
It's funny, because I'm definitely becoming more and more crunchy as I research stuff on behalf of my daughter, but I live on the Oakland/Berkeley border, so I'm really middle of the line around these parts. However, I'm totally crunchy to my group of mom friends.

144, Super Nutty, Ultra-Crunchy, Granola Earth Mama - what?!
but I wear makeup, shoes and shave every day! It's gotta be my environment rubbing off on me. Dammit. haha

Funny. I surprised myself and got 131. High! I mean my mom has "flowers in her hair" and all but I didn't think I would be that high.
I fit a few of the main points (BF, BW, CD)...barefoot... but I am very pro vaccine and my religion is pro circumcision.
I do see myself as a "dirty hippie" compared to my conservative husband and his family but where I grew up I'm not even close to a hippie!

Sprinkled with Granola (30). Though I think most of that was on the makeup question. And I don't wear makeup because I'm lazy, not for any crunchy reasons!

That barefoot/sandals/or socks and shoes question killed me. I mean, what about all the cold climate people?? Are they talking about inside at home, or going out and about?
We don't wear shoes in the house at all (DH's culture that I've picked up), but obviously outside in winter we both wear 2 pairs of socks and shoes when it's cold. I'd like to see someone in sandals in the snow! ;-0

63 ... pretty crispy. I think I may have scored unfair points because I'm too tired to shave my legs. It's not a philosophical thing, though ;-P

@MamaMoose: Okay, so I was super smelly postpartum (and still am, sad) and not only did the natural deodorants not work, my trusty Secret failed as well, so I make this kind: http://angrychicken.typepad.com/angry_chicken/2008/07/homemade-deodor.html
but with arrowroot powder instead of cornstarch and with teatree oil as the essential oil. I don't smell anymore, so I'm pretty happy. ( @Mrs. Pen & @Mrs. Bird )

@Mrs. Superhero: This looks great! I'm definitely stinkier since having P & I've always sweat like a teenage boy so I'm used to that, just not the stink. I've been wanting a more natural product so I'll definitely have to try it
How long have you been using it?

Gotta love that whole grain crunch- 108 here! Whoop! Lol. Although, technically I'm gluten-free and practically grain-free at the moment, lol. I think I would have scored higher on the breastfeeding ones because I have pretty crunchy beliefs on all of those, but my poor boobs and their insufficient glandular tissue have never managed to exclusively feed a baby for 1 month, never mind 6. I definitely didn't set out to be crunchy and compared to a lot of moms, I'm pretty middle of the road, but I guess that's just the way I'm wired on all of these issues and it all adds up to being fairly crunchy.

I'm whole grain crunch... It's funny how being in Vermont screws my perception. We are strong believers in things like vaccinations, as well as public school systems. But breast feeding, unmediated birthing, growing food, buying local/organic, cloth diapering, etc are all things we do and they are totally within the cultural norm in our area. I have never thought twice about doing most of those things, probably because we grew up that way.

@runsyellowlites: I've been using it for maybe 6 months? And I'm still on my first batch. It totally works. It's not an antiperspirant though, although it does help a bit.

Sprinkled!
I think I'm "decently" crunchy. We are pretty environmentally conscious and try to eat as organically/naturally as possible. I didn't cloth diaper, and regret not doing so. At that time, I was thinking I'd be a WOHM and I wasn't sure I could handle cloth diapering w/working. With my next child, I'm definitely cloth diapering. I EBF for six months and although I went with purees in the beginning, we ended up doing mostly BLW. I coslept with LO in our bedroom for six months. We never use our stroller and baby wear using the Ergo as much as possible.
However, we did sleep train awhile back - the lack of sleep was really getting to me. We vaccinate on schedule, I like to wear makeup, and I like buying LO brand new clothes and toys.

that's right in the middle... seems about right!

This is so cute
I actually surprised myself- I'm sprinkled with granola (57). I completely don't see myself as "crunchy", although I guess I lean more that way than any of my friends and family do. When LO is born in April, I'll be the first in my circle to even attempt breast feeding and cloth diapering, lol!
Must have been the barefoot (I'm a born and raised FL girl, I hate shoes!) and the diva cup that really pushed me over into crunchy-ish

Sprinkled! I'm actually pretty surprised by that. Sometimes I feel like I am not nearly crunchy enough to fit in on this site.
-I want a medicated, hospital birth
-I don't plan to cloth diaper
-I only plan to breastfeed for 6 months or so, and definitely plan to stop once teeth are involved
-I am not at all comfortable with breastfeeding uncovered in public, and always a little taken aback when others do
-The thought of consuming my own placenta makes me want to vomit in my mouth
-I plan to baby wear but only out of convenience
-I don't plan to cosleep (although will keep baby in our room at first)
It seems like my plans go against the majority of the hive!

How did I ever miss this thread and quiz?! Heehee. I got 66, pretty crispy!

Haha I went and found this quiz just now again. I scored a 15...instant oatmeal...which is exactly what I had for breakfast today
