Children/youth librarian. I'm almost through my Master's, so hopefully my dream job will be a reality in the next few years.

I have my dream job as a wedding planner, but I would want my biz to be even more successful and be able to charge at least 2x my current rate so that I could work less (and make more)!

My "never going to happen" dream job would be to have a travel tv show, like No Reservations. I would love that lifestyle.
Realistically though, I need something I would find fulfilling. So - a CNM (midwife) with Doctors Without Borders. I can't do that with a family though, so maybe when our kids are in college it could become a possibility.
I would also love to become a country or field director for our aid organization, it would allow me to still be involved in what I love, but include more travel and a salary instead of a stipend.
DH wants to teach at the training center for aid workers someday. If we ever do that it would involve moving back to the USA at least four months out of the year though, and I'm not so thrilled about that. I would certainly consider it though.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I would love to write a best seller or two...

@travelingbrit: Ditto. I do a lot of volunteering now and would love to be able to be more involved/sit on committees/help out more often.

I'm very unexciting- I'd like to leave my big corporate firm and start freelancing wills for small firms so I could stay home with LO and still utilize my education.

I want to be an actress, more specifically on TVB. I wouldn't mind being a SAHM to watch my kids grow up like my mom did.

If money were no object; I would love to work with kids aging out of foster care and help them deal with the financial transition of having to provide for themselves: budgeting, getting a job, getting an apartment, cooking, college courses or trade school courses, banking, applying for college grants and loans, healthcare and health insurance costs, etc. Also, I would like to set up a sort of network of mentors from all different sorts of businesses to help those kids realize their potential.
I would also love to get paid to travel and eat and drink!!!!!

My crazy dream job is to host a travel show with my family where we travel around in an RV and go to weird road side destinations and tourist traps.
My realistic dream job I'm working on is finishing my Master's, getting my CPA, then teaching community college accounting classes part-time and do book-keeping and taxes for a few small businesses part time as well.

@MrsBrewer: TVB is a Chinese station based out of Hong Kong (similar to TNT, TBS, etc. in the states). They produce a lot of Chinese TV series.
