Running is it for me. I dedicated a year of my life to it, ran a bunch of races, and realized not only am I terrible at it, I also hate it.

Running for me too. I am doing couch to 5k right now. I want to be able to like it!

@adnama: I really like the race atmosphere! It was just the training that was zero fun for me.

Most of them! No, I really hate crunches. My core and abs in particular are so weak, so I really need to do a lot of core strengthening, but I just hate them. I haven't found a non-crunch ab exercise that I feel like actually works as well, even though I've been told a million times that there are.
I also get bored doing any cardio outside of class, unless there is something really good on the TV (may have watched 45 minutes of What to Expect on the elliptical a few weeks ago though).

Can I vote ALL exercise!? lol
I really, really hate the elliptical. And running.

While I don't love any exercise really, don't like running at all. I have tried to get into it and I just can't. I wish that I would so DH and I could run together.

I hate most unorganized sporting activity. I loved being a part of a team when I was in college and high school. I played sports throughout because it was organized and I was able to push myself against other people. When I don't have anyone to push myself against. I hate most exercise. Blah. I guess I don't hate swimming because I can just play around in the water if I get bored.

Ugh, definitely running - HATE IT. I started to do C25K before I got pregnant, but was glad to stop, haha.

I hate running while I'm doing it but I love the adrenaline rush that I feel afterwards.

I like running because I can zone out.
I hate doing agility workouts with my husband. He makes me do burpees and wind sprints and all sorts of hard stuff! I haven't missed that since being pregnant : )

Running for me too! I tried couch to 5k last year and had a pit in my stomach every day that I had to do it. I always wished I could be a runner but it's just not in the cards for me.

Yoga. Running (only on nice days do I like to run, but generally speaking, I don't enjoy it). Swimming laps. The elliptical. Anything slow, honestly. I like intense and upbeat exercise. Challenging...I'm in the "super intense or not at all" category.

I hate the elliptical - it bores me to tears! Running, on the other hand, I LOVE...

Oh yea, I also don't like swimming for exercise. Playing in the water? Sure!

Yoga and swimming. I'm just NOT a swimmer.. I can run 5 miles like it's nothing but feel like I'm going to DIE in the middle of my first lap. So strange. I think I get freaked out about regulating my breathing or something.

Running for sure. And cardio! I HATE straight-up cardio, I always end up feeling like I'm going to die halfway through and it doesn't give me the buzz that it gives everybody else. I prefer a cardio workout that uses something like yoga or pilates as a base.

I tried zumba a little over a month ago and HATED it! I was shocked cause everyone I know who tried it once is now obsessed! Just not for me I guess...

@highwire: with ya, sista.. I wish I liked it! One of my best friends is really into it and does all these fun races/events and I so badly want to be able to do them with her but just cannot get into it.

I want to love running SO BADLY but I just don't. It feels like torture.

Running! Ugh. I wish I liked it though, it would be very convenient for me!

Pretty much all of it. The only thing I don't mind is walking LOL and I actually enjoy going on nice long walks.

Every time I refresh and this thread pops up, I think "all of it!" I hate all exercise. Unless it doesn't feel like exercise.

I hate running! My husband loves to run and is constantly trying to get me to join him. Not gonna happen!

@Mrs. High Heels: i'm the same! i love running but i feel so weird when on the elliptical and hate it. every time DH says he ran, i correct him, "you mean you fake-ran?"
kiwi / 629 posts
I don't really exercise at all, which is bad I know. I definitely hate anything that involves balance or grace, because I just don't have any of either. lol

Running. Hate it. I was training for a half marathon at one point, thinking it'd be an awesome "goal" or whatever. I finished a 10 mile run one day, realized I hated every second of it, and never ran again. I like walking a lot though.
