I have a knack for misplacing LO's Soothie pacifiers, so I went to Babies R Us to buy him a few new ones, and I noticed they are all marked 0-3 months. LO is 5 months old. I also noticed the Soothies are the only ones that aren't marked as being orthodontic.
Just wondering if you guys still use the Soothies after 3 months? I'm also wondering if I should try and get him to take a different brand (even though he rejected a different kind the last time I tried!)

@Pepper: I am! I uh, don't know if you are supposed to or not, but I did buy some of the 3+ month ones (I can't remember where, I think Target?). She just started taking a paci again after months of refusing, so I'll use what I can!

Yes they do make a 3+ ones... It's just thicker plastic. The Soothies are the only ones my LO likes. She's 12 months and still gets one for nap and bed time.

@Pepper: I like the 0-3 months one because they are softer. LO still loves hers at almost 7 months.

@Bookish: @MamaMoose: @Kimberlybee: Ah, ok! My BRU only had 0-3. I'm guessing it's thicker plastic so they don't chew through them? He's a Soothie addict, so I'm glad I don't need to switch!

It took 5 months for him to figure out what to do with them! I'm gonna stick with them. We still use our wubbanub too, because he likes chewing on the feet and waving it around.

@Pepper: LO still gets a paci to sleep at 2 and prefers the 0-3 mo ones over the thicker ones. As long as it is not a 24/7 thing I wouldn't stress the dental thing but that is just me...

yup! i bought the 3+ ones (they seem to be harder) but LO still loves her wubbanubs at 14m, which are the younger version. oh well.
