Do you wear heels while pregnant (or did you?)
I'm 29 weeks and I still do! I definitely prefer to wear flats these days, but I haven't found my balance to be that off, and like the way that heels look with my work clothes. Is that weird?

I'm a few days shy of 28 weeks and still wear heels every day at work. I don't ever feel off balance so I waddle along in my pumps! ;-p

I wear 2in heels when my back hurts. Otherwise I wear flats--I never really wore heels before pregnancy though.

I didnt wear heels even when I wasnt pregnant so I'm definitely not wearing heels now at 35 weeks. I'm hobbling around in pain with all the pressure on my pelvis, plus my feet and ankles swell up very easily so I wear sneakers everday

I wore heels up until about 24 weeks...until I face-planted in the middle of a NYC crosswalk. (My MIL and SILs spent a weekend in NY and were walking back to our hotel after seeing Phantom of the Opera.) I honestly thought all was good (my balance has been impeccable) but I took one step and felt like my ankles and knees turned to jello! I decided after that, better to be safe than sorry and its been flats everyday since!

I've switched to mostly wearing flats, but I wear heels if it is a special occasion.

I'm horrible about heels and slipping so when I found out I was pregnant I switched to flats until I found a pair of comfy wedges. Currently all I wear are flats, 1.5" wedges and 1.5" wedge boots.
I've heard 1.5" wedges are actually best during pregnancy, all flats might hurt more.
Oh! I did wear pumps during my bridal shower. My feet KILLED me afterwards. hehe.

oh yes. all the way to my due date. I wore cork wedges with a maxi dress to the hospital for my c-section lol. I do wear flats a lot though, with skinny jeans or skinny pants. I usually wore shoes with a thicker heel though.

Gah I take it alllll back!
En route home from doctor today, I tripped while wearing heels (2 in. chunky heel) and nearly faceplanted! I did the fall on all four things - skinned knee to prove it! Baby is fine - I didn't bump my belly and he's moving around in there just fine.
I need to invest in a few new pairs of flats, STAT!

I plan on wearing heels as long as I can. I'm far more dangerous in flats because I'm simply not used to wearing them- I trip ALL the time.
I'm already getting jokes from people, "Ooh, how long are you going to last in those heels you love?" "Aren't you afraid they're unsafe?" Mind your own business people!
It's always the "flats and sensible sneaker" wearers that have the most to say, too. I want to smack them and say, "Just because you can't walk in heels doesn't make it dangerous for me!"

I wore 3 inch heels for date night as late as 35 weeks. DH held onto my elbow the whole time we were walking though for support. I think I stopped wearing heels regularly to work sometime around mid-pregnancy.
