So when I’m stressed out I don’t eat!
Apparently that’s weird! I remember in college one of my friends was like stress eating is way more common. She even pretended to eat a burger and said “This burger loves and accepts me … nom nom nom.” Ha! I should note this was during finals week and she found out I haven't eaten almost all week! Just too stressed out!
Do you eat less or more or just the same when you are stressed out?
