What is your favorite type of taco?
I like soft corn tortillas/fish or beef/crunchy shells with all the fix ins.

Grilled or blackened fish, in hot corn tortillas, with cabbage slaw, cilantro, tomatoes, and guac!

Grilled chicken or steak in a soft flour tortilla with lots of red onions and avocado!

It's taco night for us too! Fish tacos are my fave, but we usually make them with ground turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and flour tortillas

YUM. this is on my meal plan this week.
we do soft tacos, ground turkey, lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes and olives. well..only DH eats the olives. gag. I just do lettuce, cheese and meat..lol!

Soft with lean ground beef, cheese, homemade pico, and avocado.

We usually do a ground beef/turkey blend with hard shells but occasionally do fish with blue corn shells when we're feeling fancy! Only rarely use soft tortillas instead of crunchy shells.

We only do ground beef for whatever reason? I like soft shells but DH likes crunchy so I just buy crunchy. Ortega are the besssst!!

I'm boring, I like a good old crunchy shell w/ ground beef and all the fixings! It's annoying to eat but I just love it w/ lots of cheese, sour cream & gauc!

turkey or chicken in a hard shell with lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream (if I'm feeling bad) and taco sauce! Or a taco salad...yum.

We are having tacos tomorrow, but my husband doesn't know how to prep the meat, so gah, we're probably not having tacos tomorrow.....

Ummmm ALL the tacos! Seriously. Fish tacos! Carne asada tacos! Pollo asada tacos! Salsa verde tacos! Ground beef tacos!
Yum.

We are having tacos tonight too! We just do them with ground turkey, soft flour tortillas and all the fixings. Lots of cheese for me.
But I would say my fav tacos are fish tacos or carne asada tacos on soft corn tortilla with onions and cilantro.

Yum tacos!! We always do soft corn tortillas, usually beans or tofu for me and chicken for dh, plus all the fix ins.

Soft! But when we do fish tacos I like a thicker shell; almost a pita thickness.
We tend to do fish or steak tacos. Homemade slaw and pickled red onions ~ yum.

@mrskc: Yes, we usually use one of the packets. I can't tell the difference but he always complains about turkey!

I don't know about your corner of the country, but mine does not deliver when it comes to fish tacos! It has to be a special treat when I go home (unless I make them myself...)

@swurlygurl: We have found two little tiny hole in the wall places that do them right! I am so obsessed with one of them that we ate there when I was in active labor. Our server was a little alarmed
