Is there any way to relieve tailbone pain? I've tried sitting in different positions at work to alleviate the pain. It really ruins my flow at work.

I really liked the yoga pose known as "pigeon pose" for tailbone pain. It really stretches out that area.

^this oh so sexy ( ) contraption saved me when I had to go back to work after an emergency surgery due to my Crohn's disease. (I'll spare you the gory details but suffice to say, this thing was the only way to sit comfortably for weeks). I took it everywhere with me for a while. My mom told me she had one postpartum because she had bad hemorrhoids.
I used it also when I bruised my tailbone after attempting to snowboard. It helps take the pressure off that whole area.

I don't have any answers for this, but I've broken mine 9 times (figure skater - apparently not that good) so it KILLS lately. I'm 38 weeks pregnant, and I think the whole pelvis loosening up thing has kind of dislodged it or something. That or belly is too big for me to try to lean forward how I normally sit.

Femme Pad ice pack on the area for 10 minutes every few hours. You need to get the inflammation down.. The ice pack comes in handy post partum too..
