Okay, I am not a huge fan of Greek yogurt. It's a texture thing. It is just not right, I think yogurt is supposed to be very creamy and smooth. I can eat it, I just have to put granola in it or fruit, but it has to have something in it to distract me from the strange texture.
Riddle me this, though. Is Greek yogurt really that much better than regular yogurt? Or is it just the hype lately? I really do want to know.

Greek yogurt! Mostly for it's protein content though-- it is way higher than regular yogurt and I'm a vegetarian so protein is super importAnt for me to think about...
