Talk to me out TPN fluids. I think that's were this pregnancy is headed already. Where you able to administer them yourself at home? Did you have to go to the hospital? How long did you have to recieve TPN fluids? Any other things to know?

I've never received TPN, but I am a dietitian do I work with them a lot. What it is, is all the fluid/calories/protein/fat/vitamins/minerals you need. It's typically used for short term. You will probably need to go to the hospital initially, but you will be able to continue it at home. You will likely have a dietitian and visiting nurses come to your house frequently to make sure everything is going the way it should.

I've never received TPN but i have a nurse that comes weekly to give me my progesterone shot. She is part of a prenatal unit and she does this for other patients.
